My child felt completely safe and comfortable in sessions with her Therapist. It felt to her, like talk story sessions with a trusted Aunty. As a parent, it eased my mind knowing that my child had an outlet she could confidently utilize. The sessions empowered her to advocate for herself, and it gave her the tools to effectively communicate with her peers and the adults in her life. It has built confidence, self awareness, and emotional intelligence. She is able to regulate her anxieties and emotions in a way that doesn't overwhelm her. We are grateful.

It's an excellent step to getting quality mental health care and they really help you explore other care after your initial visits with them very caring and they follow up.

It helped me & Jaelani. The therapist was very helpful. Now that she’s back in school. I’ll be looking into getting her some more therapy in case she has stress from school etc.
