My daughter was in therapy for 6 weeks. She felt like she did not learn anything and wasn’t really taught how to cope with her anxiety.

Was a great experience to see my daughter grow to take in the tools to help her manage her emotions

The therapist only wanted to play computer games with my son and didn’t do much to discuss his feelings. I sat by in two meetings and witnessed only computer games of chess. I reached out a few times asking for specific things to be discussed and if my son said he was fine the therapist took that as adequate and didn’t ask more to get him to talk. Nothing was resolved during these sessions.
