Reliable service

The products I ordered were fine - just as ordered. But it took a week to get this order to me. A week. I ordered these products on a Tuesday and didn't receive my order until the following Tuesday. In these days, that is very slow. So I'd say, if you have plenty of time, order from HDIS. They will send you the right products. Just make sure you have plenty of time before you need them.

Unfortunately, you've changed your shipping methods. What used to take as little as two days now takes four or five. Six if you include the printing of the shipping label and send me an email stating my product has shipped. It's disappointing to click on the FedEx link just to realize it's, in fact, still sitting on your loading dock and won't start moving until the next afternoon.

The order I received this time was fine. Last order they shipped to wrong address and were not cooperative about paying for return shipping . They sent to wrong address and they want me to pay the $30.00 shipping to return.

I have seen ads for HDIS for many years and decided I would try ordering from them. Won't be doing that again. First, it took a week for my order to arrive at my home. Second, and most important was the pricing. I purchased 2 pks of the same underware from Amazon for $48.78 total. HDIS sent me 1 pkg (half the quantity) for $47.98. I have never paid that for a single pkg or 28 before.

Wonderful people working to make medical conditions for some people more acceptable to live comfortably. I give thanks every time I need to order or change an order because I know it will be done correctly.
