Ordered again on line with free shipping. Parcel arrived from the USPS (was dated must September 13) a full eight days later. Received email from HDIS that parcel was mailed on 9-13. By the slow delivery of seven working days of the eight, I seriously doubt it. I regularly receive parcels & packages from Alaska (via the free postage method) via the USPS that take only 3-4 days, period well within projected delivery date, and early! As I noted last time, I believe HDIS advocates for customer to pay additional postage to receive ordered materials faster. Guess I'll have to try it and see if this way is quicker. No I don't believe the problem is with the USPS, but rather HDIS!

I ordered on line at the website, I could not find the item number there that was in the price sheet, I ordered what I thought was what I had ordered before They checked my order out and found the same item and changed my order which saved me some money. I need to get an up to date catalog and price sheet, which I'm sure will be supplied..

Only problem I have is usps leaves the packages @ my mailbox which is 1/4 mile from my house. Sometimes they may sit there a day until I go back out and find them there. It's really not a hdis problem but a problem nonetheless.
