Package arrived and the merchandise was in good shape

Pros: Helpful personnel reasonably fast shipping competitive pricing Cons: Need better technology -- cannot review orders online unless they are placed online. This should be corrected, so ALL order history can be reviewed!

Products are very good delivery can be slow usually a week may be longer depending when you order so order early

The premium overnight reassure briefs are a God-send for my mother. They save me from washing bed clothes every day. They are so much better than the overnight protection briefs.

I order one item from HDIS and I onder it from HDIS. I ordered all of your supplies when my huwbabd was alive and it was Tena. I wull be 88 years old in August so I'll probably order more then. You are a wonderful and caring company God bless youk Lynn

Products so far have been great. Very good customer service.

My ONLY issue is that I very specifically and politely requested delivery to the back door and to leave packages on deck as my mother is wheelchair bound BUT the packages were left to the side of the house into front of her garage doors. SHE does NOT drive.
