I purchase select items from HDIS. As I don't need all if their products. I have received phone calls from customer service reps periodically; just to see if I need to reorder products and to see if I found the products useful and so on. The customer service representatives are always kind, helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this company based in my limited experience with them. I have not used their timed reorder service. But they do as advertised ship their products in unmarked boxes. The delivery is very quick.
