Prices keep increasing significantly
While I love this service, the price is increasing so quickly I don’t know if I will be able to keep it.

Unacceptable
Your pharmacy switched from fedex to ups, my package was missing with no tracking information for days. The only way to reach alpha medicine is via a message on my account. It has been days and I have had no response. There is no phone number or other recourse. I find it absolutely unacceptable that a company providing medical care and prescription medication would be completely unreachable.

Done with Alpha
Done with Alpha. Website is horrible. Trying to speak to someone is impossible. Back and forth emails. Hurry up and wait. No refunds only credits. Alpha was great when I started using it. Now I will not recommend this site. Better off going and seeing a dr. In person.

Pharmacy …
My order was supposed to arrive yesterday, it has not shipped yet. I was told that the pharmacy had fixed the issues they had with getting orders shipped when my last two prescriptions were late.
