This place has really come through for me. Very patient, understanding, I am looking forward to see what all they can do to help me , because so far they are amazing!!!!

I love the convenience of an online provider but I find the 24 hours in between messages to be far too long as a simple issue (in my case one was a rash and one was a medication refill) with one additional question from your provider can take a straightforward issue 3-4 days to get treated for. Not practical in the slightest.

I have been very pleased with Alpha Medical. The communication is great and I feel that they really take my concerns and medical history in to account. They are helping me meet my weight loss goals. I would definitely recommend the service for anyone.

So far so good. Their website is easy to use and the staff was able to help you quickly. I just started so I haven't had to get refills or ask any questions.
