As a doctor myself, Alpha medical is the most unethical, incapable and irresponsible ‘medical’ company I have had the misfortune of encountering. This company will take your money, not render care and then threaten the patient when they invoke their rights. If you care for your health, the healthcare system as a whole or patient of advocacy steer far away from this sham of a company. They want nothing but your money and care nothing for patient safety.

So nice nice nice. So easy to get answers, always quick to ask how I’m doing! Successfully getting to where I need to be.

I have had to email alpha medical quite a bit this month. They have responded quickly, usually within 24 hours. There was a glitch in the app this month resulting in being charged twice for my monthly fee. After emailing the company, the second charge was immediately returned. I finally received my medication after the nurse had to resubmit my order.

I did not receive my package after being sent the wrong one the first time. This one never came. I’m fed up

I never ordered just inquired Ins doesn’t pay I never authorized cash payment. Not happy how do I return? And get a refund

Alpha has been quite helpful in my medical journey. Responses are prompt and courteous

Absolutely wonderful app to use. Everyone is so kind and responsive. I much prefer this then going to the doctor for simple things. I appreciate the customer service and the NP’s are very knowledgeable!
