An all-around good experience. Both customer service and my physician were very communicative. Order processing and shipping were usually prompt. They are as transparent as possible with prices (which do vary with insurance). I highly recommend. As for product effectiveness- it will depend a lot on your body, of course. My experience has been positive on Ozempic; it has really done a number on my appetite. I have lost ~20 lbs so far.

Alpha has been a quick, inexpensive, but concise alternative to other health care avenues. I have already recommended this service to strangers and friends. Should I require further medical service, I shall see if Alpha may provide before reaching out to a clinic.

The messaging system with Alpha sucks. It takes 24+ Hours for anyone to reply to a single message and your message doesn’t even directly go to a doctor, it has to be approved by support. It took me about 2 weeks from signing up to actually get my medication, when i could have just made a doctors appointment and gotten it the same day or 2 at most.
