Prompt and exceptional

It was really easy to get in contact and get my prescription from a provider. That is where it went a little downhill. My insurance required a prior authorization before they would approve the prescription. I indicated that I would like Alpha to submit it, and they did. My insurance approved it within 24 hours. I got a message from Alpha that we were good to go and I would have a tracking link within 24-48 hours. Once 4 days passed, I messaged asking where my link was. They replied that I had canceled the order, which I certainly did not. They promised to look into it. Then they came back saying that the pharmacy tried to fill it and it still said the PA wasn't approved. Fortunately, they figured it out and the next day my order shipped. Hoping this was a fluke and I don't have any more issues next month with my refill!

Overall, I think this service is great. I received my Rx quickly, however I ran into problems w/ using my insurance. It took several back and forth messages to finally resolve. Sometimes they took 24-48hrs to get a reply, but once everything was worked it was a smooth process.

Whenever I have an inquiry about my order, customer service never fails me. They are all polite and reassuring. 💯% recommended

Alpha Medical is easy access to the healthcare system. I was going to a weightloss center with some success but found it difficult to get to the appointments and the then their were questionable billing practices. Working in the medical field, I needed something thorough but efficient and found this in Alpha Medical - straightforward while offering a variety of treatment options. I have another virtual appointment in a month- perfecto. While the admin were quick to respond with my questions and requests, I was momentarily lost in the clinical shuffle and needed to further engage for next steps, etc. However, but once the clinical end engaged all else was smooth sailing.
