Alpha Medical, aka Hello Alpha Online Medical Sercive, told me they’d ship a medication refill to CVS. I was like, wait, what? Why not just send a written prescription to CVS to be filled? You don’t want to be duped into taking prescription medications delivered to you from Alpha Medical’s shady partner pharmacy. I’d trust CVS to refill my medications. I was informed of “No Refunds,” even though they never performed a complete assessment on me. I’ll try to protest the transaction with my bank. Change your credit card number if they keep billing you. Don’t utilize this service. I never saw a blood draw order sent to the lab. I looked to schedule an appointment, and there’s no input order on my profile. They purchase medications and ship them to you months later at up-charged prices. People are complaining of being charged outrageous fees and being over-prescribed medications. According to several online reviews, this company will scam you out of the initial $30 or the $120 yearly service charge. Once you complain, you don’t hear anything decent back from them. They also like to respond to any negative reviews, acting as though they provide a legitimate service. GO TO A LOCAL DOCTOR.

I recently wrote a poor review of this company as a result of miscommunication. After further contact the issue was resolved courteously and quickly. I highly recommend them.

Still waiting for my prescription for estradiol the doctor increased the dose from 0.5 to 1 mg, can you check on this please.

Fabulous service and caring staff! Highly recommend the mental health service to anyone who lives in a place where it’s hard to find a psychiatrist to visit in-person.
