The entire process is so easy and convenient. It saves me from having to use valuable vacation days from work. I'll continue to use Alpha Medical and refer friends.

I wish it was good
This platform has so much potential to be great. But frankly in it’s current state I would strongly recommend you avoid!! Terrible customer support, very opaque subscription plans, and billing, and over prescribing to get you on the hook for meds you may not want/need. In my personal experience, I was still consulting with my medical professional but while I was at work alpha decided to fill prescriptions I was still asking questions about! As soon as I saw this I tried to reach out and cancel the order but was told that it was not possible. On top of all that, the medicine is scheduled to get here in 3 MONTHS! If this medication was even what I wanted, I would be waiting months just to get it. For a condition such as asthma, those shipping times are unacceptable. Last but not least, even if you happen to have a good customer experience, the app itself is horrible. Constant bugs, messages send to the wrong inbox, prescriptions do not accurately reflect in your account, etc. This platform will fall on it’s face if it does not pivot to improve the user experience and it’s focus on customers

One of the best experiences with an online clinic
One of the best experiences I had with an online clinic. The process to get weight loss medicine was quick and they handled my prior authorization super fast and shipped my meds overnight. I think it was even cheaper than going to my Dr when all was said and done because I never had to leave my house, the visit was $30 and the medication also $30.

I have been given the best treatment possible for all my medical needs. The doctors are always available, very little wait for diagnoses or prescriptions and completely knowledgeable. I'm happy to be using their services.

Was quick and simple
Was quick and simple. Communication is great. You have a real doctor. It excepted my insurance all I had to pay was a co-pay which was great not to have to hassle with the insurance company. Plan is working great for me. Lost 3 pounds first week
