PA request cancelled before I could get prescription filled!! I’ve been on the phone for a week, with my pharmacy, trying to get information, after the prescription was sent. I reached back out to Alpha and and found out that PA’s are done by a 3rd party provider and in the mix, they CANCELLED IT before it was received at the pharmacy!!! 🤬
