At first I thought they were okay but after trying to cancel my subscription and prescription, I find them very sketchy. It feels like the BetterHelp of prescriptions. The providers don’t care and are just checking the boxes and they hide cancelling behind walls of text and random chat messages. I would only use this company if they were the last pharmacy on earth and even then it would be a stretch.

Provider was not empathetic to the fact that the medication is super expensive and I would not be able to afford it if the prescription which they had been prescribing for a 90 day supply in the past was not prescribed for 90 days. Refused to write a 90 day supply. Had no adverse reactions on the medication and no reasons to be denied.
