Great program with a fast turnaround…
Great program with a fast turnaround time. Got prior authorization done very fast for GLP-1 medication. Support for diet and weight loss is great. Customer support team also responds very fast. Comparatively lower cost than other similar services

They play a lot of games to not send…
They play a lot of games to not send you your prescription. They over charge. Switch providers on you , without notice. Every other month there is a new provider who you know nothing about, is now in your medical chart. One of them got really creepy when asking for certain type of pictures. Customer service does very little to help, if at all.

Excellent service
Excellent service! They assisted me with what I needed. I wish I could bill my insurance for the visit cost.

I like the service but their prices…
I like the service but their prices have been out of control recently. Went from $70 every three months, to $49 every month, to $64 every month. I’m afraid I’m going to be priced out soon and have to find somewhere else to receive care.

The entire team at Hello Alpha has made my experience top notch. It was so easy to go online and do a consult and receive the guidance I needed to really succeed in my weight loss goals. I have been working with them for 2 years now and truly it has been amazing. If i have a question, I just submit it, and they answer so quickly. If there are issues with medication, either concerns or low supply they help me find an alternative so that I stay on track. I've been able to drop over 140 pounds with their help, and will continue to use them for other things after I am at my goal weight because of how great they have been. They provide so many other services, and it is just so easy to access for answers.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! They are liars and thieves. They kept screwing me around on my medication. I got prescribed for Fluexetine and it took multiple providers that kept changing and multiple messages over 3 months just to get someone to respond. I still don't have my prescriptions refilled and have been charged $63 a month. So $180+ is lost and I got nothing for it. They are just scammers through and through and they won't respond about a refund.

Slow response time from provider
Slow response time from provider. Took well over 24 hours to get my issue addressed. I could have gone to an in person doctor had I known that.
