I can't even believe how easy and STRESS FREE this experience has been so far. Literally signed up for Hello Alpha yesterday and have ozempic in my hands today!!! They answered my emails within the hour of asking them. What??? Is this real? LOVE IT!

I tried Hello Alpha for the first time and was really pleased with the results. The dashboard is easy to use and the pricing is reasonable - I opted for a one-time appointment first to try it out, and got a lot out of that fee! Plus, I even had to follow up with a question after the appointment sessions were completed, and Alpha helped me without starting a new appointment - most appreciated. I was able to get my Rx remotely after discussing symptoms, and have it called straight in to my home pharmacy very quickly. I felt the Doctor who helped me was very knowledgeable, and made things easy and straightforward - treating me like an adult with some agency, rather than getting bogged down in admin and red tape. Overall, it was a great first experience.
