It was really easy to maneuver. Good communication. Simple to upload photos and the information that they needed. Everything went smoothly and I had my prescription quickly.

Terrible sign up process. When I realized this wouldn't meet my needs, I immediately contacted you to ask for a refund and was told no.... Terrible Customer Service!!!!!! Bait and Switch

Check with your insurance if they will cover the medicine you want or need first before starting this membership. Also they only prescribe original brand medicine only so no same medicine under different name that is cheaper.

My account was deactivated months ago and they still continue to charge me and its impossible to reach any kind of support staff.
