The booking experience was very smooth. The appartement at Sutton is very well located. Very clean. When I arrived, everything was ready for my arrival and everything was clean. The rooms are furnished which makes also the whole process very efficient. It’s very good for students and interns. Many thanks to Alexandra for the listings, the room, and her availability. Quick move in and always responsive!

Beware, beware, beware. AYA hides deep in their pages of the lease that they will charge outrages fees if you don't give them 60 days notice for leaving. They charged over $3,300 when we gave them 55 days notice. Their management said they would only charge for the 5 days shy of the 60 days. They hid the truth.

Isabell helped me trough the process. She was patient and helped me with every step. She responded quick on every question I had and she was very friendly and understanding. I’m very satified!

1. They threaten you not to pay back your deposit of your live a bad review 2. They discriminate against some groups of people 3. They have different prices for same room style 4. They only care about money not you 5. Management is unprofessional
