Terrible experiencia con este establecimiento. Cancelé una reservación de manera verbal debido a cargos extra injustificados, pero aun así realizaron un cargo a mi tarjeta sin mi consentimiento. Al revisar comentarios en otras plataformas, descubrí que no soy la única persona que ha tenido malas experiencias con este lugar. Fue un 'robo silencioso' que detecté al revisar mi estado de cuenta. No recomendaría tratar con ellos bajo ninguna circunstancia.

This apartment was absolutely incredible. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious, offering a true sense of luxury. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The atmosphere was both elegant and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Holt Europe/Oaxaca left me no choice. I booked an apartment in Bucharest for three weeks through Airbnb. Due to a change in my schedule, I wanted to cancel within 24 hours of booking, even though I knew their refund policy stated I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I reached out to them hoping for a reasonable solution, and they initially told me they’d be open to refunding for any dates they managed to rebook after I canceled. They even offered a partial refund of €500. However, just 7 hours after I agreed to the offer, they withdrew it, citing Airbnb's strict policy, which made no sense given their earlier messages. After canceling, I kept an eye on the booking calendar, and the apartment was rented for many of the dates I originally booked. Despite this, they refused to provide any refund, saying refunds were entirely at their discretion. I followed up multiple times and was promised that management was “reviewing the case.” It’s now been weeks, and I still haven’t received a refund or a clear resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m shocked that such behavior can go unchecked on Airbnb.

They are very nice host on Airbnb. I had a very good stay at their new Airbnb in Cismigiu Park, Bucharest. I would trust them again anytime.

My stay in San Miguel de Allende was amazing. HOLT's team is great and very profesional in every way. I would definitely stay with them again. :)

Excelente lugar! Hermoso departamento con vistas increíbles, tenía lo necesario y más para disfrutar de unas vacaciones, la cocina muy bien equipada, todas las habitaciones con pantalla, el aire acondicionado Excelente, el condominio exclusivo y con hermosas zonas para relajarse, la piscina cálida y limpia, tuvimos la atención del equipo Holt 24/7 muy amables en todo momento, sin duda regresariamos mi familia disfruto mucho

La ubiacion es genial!! En el casco viejo, pero en una calle muy tranquila. El apartamento está nuevo y con mucho detalle decorado y amueblado. Tiene todo lo q puedas necesitar
