I was very pleased with the nurse practitioner however I had great difficulty getting to the place for the face to face very frustrating. BART the tech finally put me through directly. He was most helpful.

Thia is my first time applying for a Medical Marijuana Card. I wasn't sure what to expect, and such a newbie.... I really didn't know how to go about it all. The staff at HelloMd made it so easy and comfortable. The application process was simple and the staff was so patient while I was trying to get my phone camera working (I'm not too tech savy.. lol) My consultation with Dr. Andrew Vanderveer was on the short side, but very imformative at the same time. He seemed to generally care about my well being, and enlightened me with different options I may want to try to help with my symptoms. I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns with Dr. Vanderveer, and he was very helpful when I asked for advice when going to a dispensary. All in all,.... I had a very positive experience with HelloMd, and would definitely recommend them.
