This process was far less intimidating than I expected. The doctor that I spoke with, Dr. Rachel Akin, was professional yet kind. She was knowledgeable, and quite willing to answer any questions that I had. Instructions afterwards for obtaining my card from NY State, was thorough and complete. I am very happy with my experience at HelloMD!

I think he was great, I like that he didn't push me to seeing a Doctor, most do. He was pleasant and very fast. This was so easy!!!! I loved it.

Dr. Kim was extremely helpful. Listened to me and my concerns and suggested which type of strain would work best for my condition. He didn't make me feel akward and was very informative.
