I am very satisfied with my experience with HelloMD. My doctor, Bernard Lichtenstein, was clear, concise, and attentive. It was my first experience like this online, and it was easy to set up and use the software.

I spoke with Dr Helena Premchand. She was thorough and to the point, explained important information I needed when registering also. This portion of the process was quick and effortless to the patient. The app for the consultation was easy to use and staff was pleasant, would recommend this to anyone.

Dr Premchand asked insightful and relevant questions. I felt very comfortable interacting with her. I would recommend HelloMD and Dr Premchand in particular to all.

Dr. Lichtenstein was easy to talk to... listened when I asked questions.... asked me questions and gave me time to answer... Listened to my thoughts, and answered all my questions also!
