They charged me twice
They charged me twice. Then asked for screen shot of the CC statement . After I sent it, they said I need an official bank statement not just a screen shot??? They service department made me feel as if i had to prove something.like I'm scamming them. F u. All they had to do is reassure me it would be corrected. They did the opposite. So it cost me double the money and way more hours of frustration than just going to the office. Waste of time and energy.

Hi Richard- I left you a voicemail today with this information, but I thought it would be helpful to respond to your comments. As discussed with our Customer Support team yesterday, only one transaction has been completed on our end. By sending the screenshots you provided information that helped us look into this matter for you. What we uncovered is that the first attempt at making your payment was declined because the incorrect zip code associated with the credit card was entered at checkout; the second attempt (with correct zip code) was successful. Any time attempts at processing a credit card transaction are made, as part of fraud prevention measures you will be alerted by your credit card company. Transactions appear as "pending" when you log into the credit card account until they are settled through the automated clearing house network; this usually happens within 24 to 48 hours of the transaction. Once this process occurs, the issuing bank will transfer the funds for only the approved transaction. This means that you should soon see when you log into your credit card account, that the first (failed) transaction has disappeared from your statement and only the funds from the second (successful) transaction will be debited and appear as a completed transaction.
