Very professional, courteous and expeditious. I am very pleased with the experience. It took less than 10 minutes start to finish yet the doctor took the time to answer any questions I had and review my diagnosis and prescription needs. Extremely thorough and could not have been more quick and easy. The chat help was right there to guide me making it impossible to get confused.

Quick and easy process. Website was well documented and easy to follow. I may have had a little trouble understanding the doctor's voice. I think that was computer-related and not her fault. The literature that she sent me was concise and informative.
