They take your money and you get nothing. Warren, in "customer service" at New York Pharmacannis, laughed when I told him I didn't get my Patient Certification for a severe spinal cord injury. He said it's not his problem and too bad for me. This is a HORRIBLE service that disrespects all medical cannabis patients. A complete rip-off. Go to a reputable doctor that cares about their patients. I will never stop telling other patients to avoid this TERRIBLE company.
