Unfortunately, I didn't "get" my doctors name. I was very nervous and not used to using a headset. He was very knowledgeable about my background and the reason I was coming to HelloMD- showing that he had read all my information and really digested it. He inquired again about my reason for coming to HelloMD, he made some suggestions about what product I should use and some contraindications, -which I though was very professional. He was polite, professional, not condescending like most doctors and I felt quite satisfied with our appointment afterward
