The process was very easy and I liked that there was a place to ask questions along the way, which I had. The Dr. was very professional, informative, and thorough. She answered my questions and made sure that I had the information I needed to make decisions on what would be best for me.

I like the company, but getting the site to work on my browser turned out to be impossible. I was actually able to use my iphone. Even now, after my medical consultation and approval for the medical use, I STILL can't log into my account from my computer. Most frustrating. Once I got past the technical problems, the Dr. was nice, helpful, and informed, but I had 3 hours of fruatration with the computer before that could happen and STILL can't log into the account through firefox browser.

HelloMD was easy to use and convenient. Video appointments are the future of patient care. Dr Olson is knowledgeable and had great advice on how to address my concerns.
