Understanding empathetic and knowledgeable

I am a 62 y/o male diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1993, which has now accelerated dramatically since March 2017. This acceleration led to my interest in trying medicinal marijuana / Hello MD. In short it was an Excellent Process for a cannabis novice user - 1 hour from start to final recommendation. Use of web and video technology was excellent and seamless to use. Dr Kim provided an excellent recommendation discussion with suggestions for day and night usage based on my personal MS symptoms. Highly recommended.
