I had an excellent experience with HelloMD! I had no issues whatsoever, and anytime I had a question, I was able to ask via the embedded chat window that shows up on just about every page of the site. Answers were prompt and accurate, always a plus in my book. The actual process of going through the consultation was a piece of cake, the doctor was thorough, asked me several health questions and then asked me if I had any questions for them, which I didn't since I've been a patient for several years now. If you have had any reservations about obtaining or renewing your recommendation online, don't! I've had several phone and video appointments with my primary care physician through Kaiser, and this is no different.
