This website HelloMD was very user-friendly. I used the Chat feature and the video meeting feature. I had a little problem with the sound, but that was easily remedied by use of my cell phone. Dr. Arthur Gresen was very nice and very informative. He gave me a recommendation and expalined my next steps in the process.

Signing up was a little difficult if you don't have the correct browser. Use google chrome. The staff is very helpful and I like the doctor a lot
