I consulted with Dr. Kim. He was polite and courteous during our consultation. He inquired about my problems and what would be the appropriate medical treatment to deal with them. He indicated familiarity with my background and prior treatments. Also, he informed me of alternatives and asked concerned questions about prior problems I may have experienced before making his decision. He appeared informed and knowledgeable -- I trusted him.
