This was my first time using this system. So I think a lot of the initial confusion was because I was not familiar. Had to switch from the PC to a mobile device.However once I was in the doctor came on and it was quick. I like how the staff worked with me until the transaction was complete. Good job guys.

I had never gone through this experience before. From the assistance in the waiting room to the patience and ease of talking to the doctor. No questions I had were deemed silly or unnecessary. They were willing to answer more questions of I had them. From the ease of talking to their recommended strains and offer to assist in the future. Amazing staff and Dr. led to the utmost positive experience.

Dr. Richard Kim was kind and very helpful. He has a great bedside (or computer side, I should say :) ) manner. I felt at ease chatting with him and I highly recommend him to all patients!
