I'm not techy so I was concerned I would have problems signing up. Not the case was so easy. Receptionist was very friendly. Wait time was short to meet with Dr. Dr Ulin Sargeant was very thorough and fast.

The entire process of creating an account and uploading my information was seamless! HelloMD made it extremely easy to get started and the app for the doctors appointment was great too. I thoroughly enjoyed my chat with Dr. Gresen. He had read through my concerns which I had entered into my application before the meeting, and he made so many great and tailored recommendations for me. The meeting was about 15-20 minutes and I enjoyed learning about treatment options! Thank you!

The process of setting up video chat, because I had never done it before, was a bit confusing for me at 80 Years old. The assistance of the technician as well as the availability of chat was extremely helpful. The actual interview with the Doctor was simple, quick and easy. The Dr. Laura Beltrem was very informative directed to areas where i could review studies and reports etc.. on any research that has been do with THC and my condition of MS. she answered all my questions. I was very pleased with all the help and information she provided.
