Super easy! I renewed my medical card on a Sunday in my PJ's. The MD really cared and gave me some real advise for my diagnosis. I wasn't rushed at all, in fact, the MD suggested I take my time, ask any questions I want. I'm very impressed!

Very patient listen to what was going on with my illness and we will go through him again and refer him to others who would listen but yes he did a very good job
