Dr Elkind spoke to me about my issues in a kind, professional manner, and was very knowledgeable about my medical conditions requiring THC for pain. After hearing what I use to ease pain, he made a few insightful suggestions in my dosage amount -- a first in the 10 or more years I've been applying for a medical card. That's the kind of doctor I want making medical THC decisions -- inot one who merely stamps approval and processes the cash...
