my experience was a good one on hellomd. site and set up was easy and quick. had my appointment within 5min. my experience with the appointment was interesting. maybe because it was my first time. i don't know why i expected my doctor to be in a office or in a more professional setting i could clearly tell it was her living room with. i know it doesn't matter because it's online but in terms of authenticity i was sceptical of the site after that. also i felt that this is very much assembly line work for these doctors i felt that it was very rushed which since i was nervous anyway that worked out in my favor but for some people who like to ask questions i didn't feel like i should ask more than the one question i did ask because of the urgency i did feel. overall my doctor was nice and it wasn't a threatening feeling or judgmental situation at all, which ultimately is really all i need. my card came 2 days later and its been great
