Dr. Jacquelyn Lewchalermwong She was actually excellent, but the reception made it very difficult to ask the questions I wanted to ask, and always clearly understand her questions and responses. I have no way of knowing whether the problem was with my reception or came from your end, but it did make communication difficult. I definitely liked her and respected her ability to get to the essence of things quickly and gently. She is well versed in the difficulties of drugs and and my personal desire to stop the use of opium like substances. OxyCodone is a difficult drug to stop and replacing it with medical marijuana will be a task. But she was encouraging and very helpful. I am determined and she was fully supportive. Thanks Doc!!

This sounds over-the top but it is 100% true: At age 61, I've never experienced a more prompt, informative and genuinely engaged appointment from any MD - remote or in-person. Dr. Olson was fantastic.

I highly recommend this doctor; incredibly professional and informative with all the information I needed to help treat the pain that I man and help with the many things that are ailing me at this time. Way easier than in-person! I've had my medical marijuana card before but this is the first time using HelloMD to get my recommendation. The whole process end to end took about 30 minutes and the evaluation with the doctor around 10 minutes.
