Very good communication easy and understanding of my chronic condition

Thanks for the help. It had become a struggle for me to find enough time to renew my expired card but HelloMD made it easy and covenant to do so. I was giving a tun of informative information , the interview was cool and signing in was easy. Thanks for all your help.

She was very knowledgeable but talked too fast and could have listened better. I got a ton of new info that I didn't retain because I didn't have a pen handy and with my condition cannot write that fast anyway.

Recommend entirely. Expedient, helpful, and courteous. Appreciate how easy they made this process and how professional and friendly they were.

I LOVED DR. LAURA!!! She made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and spent time explaining how the different medicines could help me!! If I could give her SIX starts I would! Way to go Dr. Laura & way to go HelloMD!!! =)
