My experience was great. Everything was smooth and very easy.

The doctor I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful, she was pleasant and kind. I felt very comfortable working with her, but we got interrupted by another important phone call on my end and unfortunately I didn't get her name. Getting to the doctor interview part was a little more of a clunky experience than I expected. You pay up front, and then learn that all their doctors are busy and you need to keep calling back to reach one. Great service, so it gets a lot of business!
