My experience with HelloMD.com was excellent. Last being first the interview. My experience with Dr. Principal was beyond my expectations of quality. I was impressed with Dr. Principal on many levels of my video interview. Her knowledge of the products and how they(it) would be interacting with my condition and existing medication treatments put me at great ease with the questions and concerns I had. Dr. Principal seemed more than interested in helping me achieve what I need to do and was very thorough. Her bedside manner, as it where, was excellent. I would like to thank the help from those, the operators, guiding me through the website and the "how to" I needed help on for their quick correct responses. Thank you. As for myself personally I found your website is extremely informative and easily understood compared to the others I visited in seeking medicinal marijuana. I was really impressed with the time frame in which it took in getting set up and getting all I needed to begin my treatment. Thank you

HelloMD seems to be getting more popular which is good but it looks like it is taking more time now to see the doctor virtually than if I were to head downtown to park and go in a place in San Francisco. Beyond that it is convenient if you are at the computer and have things to do while you wait. If you are on your phone, the app has to stay on... sooo... your battery may die. The doctor was very nice. Appointment was pain free and I'd use it again but I'd make time to be at my computer for an hour or more.

I was apple to take care of my renewal while at work. The customer reps were super friendly and the doctor was kind. He offered solid recommendations based on my needs. And like I said all of this was handled while I was working. Easy and painless.

She was very kind, thorough, and helpful. Made sure to talk about potential side effects to be looking out for, which I think is valuable.
