The doctor was pleasant and very helpful.

I had an Excellent conversation with very knowledgeable medical doctor about some sensitive matters. I enjoyed my expierence with Hello MD and felt they met my needs.

At firs, being not technically savvy, I struggled with the website, until I say the (obvious) blue chat button. I got answers quickly, but got lost again. I got a quick phone call and a fellow helped me through my technical difficulties. I was given options to wait (leaving my iPad open) or pick future times. I waited, and fixed food and did some chores- none of which I could have done if I had to drive to an office (which can also be challenging depending on how I feel that day). The doctor was friendly, professional, and asked important questions. It was finished within a very short time. Thank you!
