Explained everything very well and I learned a lot about how to treat my anxiety.

2017 is amazing. Wow. - The doctor was great. I have had several recommendations over the years from 3-4 different doctors and she was by far the friendliest, most helpful, and in stark contrast to the others I've spoken with, actually engaged and listening. A+ - The chat system is great. I had some questions about the process and was able to chat with live representatives almost instantly who were actually helpful. A+ - I was surprised to see that my card was charged considerably (hours) before the actual doctor visit. I understand why (see my next point) but this was a surprise. C - I expected to wait for my appointment but at the moment the system does not support having people in a queue for longer than 30 minutes. So I got a message that said, effectively, "try back in 30 minutes", which I did, several times. Had I not been able to reach folks on the chat this would have been an issue for me. C - The folks on the chat told me to come back at 2pm as more doctors come on shift, and when I did that, boom, I was able to talk to the doctor within a few tries. The chat folks also offered to schedule an appointment for me (for next week) or to cancel and refund my money. This felt like excellent customer service management of a technology and human resource constraint problem. A+ Overall this was a great experience and I'd recommend highly to anyone that's interested. Good job y'all!

I used this service because my recommendation was expiring and I was able to get it renewed the day that it was supposed to. It was fast and convenient and better than having to go back to the place that I originally got my card from.
