I recently moved and needed to renew my license. A friend told me about HelloMD so I created an account, tried for 2 days to get an appointment but it was unusually busy. When I did get an appointment on the 3rd day - the Doctor had already read my file. Our conversation was brief and to the point. The Doctor was incredibly professional and I received a recommendation in writing immediately following the appointment and was told my card is being mailed the next day. I would recommend this service - it's very convenient.

She really listened to what I had to say and it was fast.

The doctor answered all of my questions and provided great feedback. She was even familiar with my disordered. A lot of doctors I have been to had never heard of my disorder. That was much appreciated.

It's not easy going to see a doctor in person and I thought it would be even more awkward speaking to one via laptop cam. It wasn't.

Was sold as a quick and easy way to get your rec renewed. AFTER taking my credit card, I was informed I could not get an appointment for over 3 days. What's the advantage? I can go five minutes from my house tomorrow and have it done at the same or lower cost. Oh and it well take 3 or 4 days to process the refund when I said forget it. Not impressed.
