I’m a regular customer and stopping in and shopping around is such a great experience. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Cindy is always so welcoming with her big smile and knowledge of the products. I definitely recommend it!!!

This was my first experience with processed CBD. I loved the product - Loved the free shipping for $50 purchase idea. I ordered in late November and the shipping took over a week but I did not expect fast ship as I am sure my free shipping was lowest level shipping and I expected they had a Christmas load. Shipping was as expected for the time The gummies were one thousand percent beneficial. They worked so well that I want to "Subscribe" to the gummies of the month club and sign up for recurring delivery. I went to the order page and subscribed for monthly purchase X 2 totaling $72/month. But it seems as if the free shipping with $50 does not apply to subscription orders and I the shopping cart shows $6 shipping fee. I loved the product so much I was ready to be a Hip Hemp customer for life but now I owe it to myself to go shopping to see it the other guys do things the same. ======================================= UPDATE After my 1 star review about the shipping concern I was contacted by HipHemp and was told they had a software update which defaulted some settings and they thanks me for bringing to their attention. Wow - Great Product - Price leader and excellent customer service too!! Thank You Five stars ++++++ I will be completing my subscription order.

Hey Jerry- Cyndy here!! First and foremost, I’m incredibly sorry that you had this issue with our ordering!! We had an update last week that reverted some of our settings back to before we had our online ordering established in late May. I will personally go check our settings to try and fix this problem immediately! Second, I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the product! If you can, please email me personally at [email protected] with your order number and I’ll be able to refund you that shipping fee. I’d like to add that USPS had been experiencing a MULTITUDE of issues with their expected delivery dates.. between COVID and the holidays- online ordering has been a nightmare across the board. We do typically choose first class priority mail, but packages that normally take 2-3 days ended up taking 1-2 weeks. Again, I would like to offer our sincerest apologies from our team and myself, please feel free to contact us any time you find an issue with our site! Some times we don’t catch everything. I look forward to hearing from you soon! -Cyndy, Manager of HHC

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean store and stocked with more products than I ever knew existed. A wonderful experience that is sure to repeat (as I'm running out). Excited to be able to take advantage of their lounge and outdoor space when things get back to "normal."

As soon as the city permits us to have people in our lounge section, we'll be more than happy to serve you! Please feel free to take advantage of our back out door seating though.. that's now available weather permitting!

Manager was very kind and understanding when I was concerned about delayed delivery. (Ordered first week of Dec, USPS finally delivered it after Christmas. The buds I bought were a gift and my husband is very happy with the quality and strength. Will definitely consider ordering from them again.

Hello Igna, thank you for your kind words! December was definitely a doozy with deliveries! ...Phew! I kept checking back periodically, but I'm happy that you finally got your husband's present! We hope to see you soon! -CK
