We are in the process of moving our company and will be using 12 - 15 trailer loads to move. Overall experience has been positive but one trailer was several hours past the window that we had provided. It worked out in the end as the driver worked with us around our schedule

HNRY is very reliable. The only thing I don't like is that I will email ALL of the info, pickup hours, delivery hours, etc, and they will always call once, or twice, to check on the same facts. Otherwise they are courteous, keep me up to date and have great rates!

Service is good - however seal was broken before our load reached final destination.

Driver didn't assist in moving pallets back to tail of truck...

A few times delay for pick up occurred.

The shipment was on time. There was a lack of communication with this shipment. Hopefully on the next shipment,I will be advised if the truck is on schedule.
