seems to be only one guy running the thing.

Nice planes and controllers. I bought them to use SAFE mode and can’t get it to work in switchable mode and could not get the information from them to make it work. Hence as a beginner I had the plane crash on the first flight and destroyed the very nice plane.

not really happy that my new transmitter did not come with a charger that suited a new zealand style power outlet.

It pretty ok .

Plane looks pretty good but packaging & instructions really suck. Should not have to figure out which screw is which & where it goes in the plane.

Kudos for getting the batteries here in time. I’m just a little upset that your batteries only last about 8 months. No where near the 1000 charges. We even balance charged them very time. I did however give y’all a second chance on a more expensive battery. We’ll see what happens....

Shipping cost is a little high and the containers used for shipping are way oversized. In store stock always in short supply.

It's been 12 days since I ordered, I have not received my order as of yet!
