I booked for April 26 10am and Racheal was a NO SHOW...!

Had the handicap ramp replaced. Team arrived and went right to work, and did a fantastic job, fast work, but did not miss any details. I would highly recommend them for any deck building project.

I found a house cleaner through home guide and after communicating through the messaging system in the app, scheduled service with a local company. The company didn’t complete the service despite additional charges. I have been blocked by home guide from accessing the information about the company and I am unable to communicate with home guide. I’m left with only the option of legal action at this point to recoup my loss. Don’t waste your time because they don’t vet companies to even insure legitimacy. They institute practices to protect scammers and thieves. This makes them just as guilty in my book.

Move by Ruvio’s Moving LLC, Columbus Ohio was completed efficiently and without issue. David and Jalim were professional, hard-working and personable. Date and time were met. My additional pickup was incorporated. Both time and fee were highly acceptable. I would not hesitate to use them again. HF

If you're a cleaner and you get on this platform I suggest you get off I've spent over $400 with client leads that ended with nothing not even a response back. Are these even real people I have proof of all my transactions and proof where it shows none of them have reached out. Home guide did not want to help and send that they would not give me my money back. How do I even know these are real people that are requesting leads? I don't believe they are because I have reached out several times and not one response back

I tried to chat with someone, and they just gave me a runaround. "How much do you charge for leads?" I never got a low end or high end. How much is the introductory charge? They gave me another "It depends" answer with no dollar amount. TOTAL SCAM.

Shana was on time and worked diligently to make sure our home was spotless.

Working with L&M was a great find. They performed the work required in the time i needed with the quote we agreed. I hired them for a deep clean. When they were done the place was in great shape. I would recommend anyone who needed a deep clean to reach out to the team.
