I found Homelife Mortgage doing a search for "bank statement loans". I reached out to many different brokers, banks, and lenders because of there is always an unknown waiting in the weeds being self-employed that could kill the loan. I submitted an inquiry and Darrin Seppinni called me back right away. He was very candid about my situation and felt strongly that he could get me a loan. I submitted all my docs and he went to work searching for the best fit and was able to secure what he promised in about a week.
