Terrible experience. DO NOT BUY DROM THIS COMPANY! Order delayed (via online tracking) and when I checked on the status, I received a standard bounce back message. I never heard back and requested a refund. I received another bounce back with no response. I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company.

BEWARE! This seller (HoneyNoir) uses AI to edit videos to misadvertise a product. The original video is from Clinique UK and features Emilia Clarke (actress). I lodged a dispute with PayPal and the seller agreed to refund if I returned the item (at my own cost). They provided a return shipping address in Bulgaria (!). I lodged the return shipment through Australia Post. The tracking information then showed the parcel arrived in the destination country but awaiting collection. But it has not been collected. I suspect it was a false return address.

Scam company. Ordered two products 1st April. Never received. Contacted the company repeatedly - in each instance they assured me they were looking into it but the products never arrived. Asked for a refund which they said they would process but it never happened. This is a scam company who string you along never intending to send you the product or issue a refund. Do not buy.

If I could give a Zero I would... I ordered in March 2025 and have still not received my order. I have been promised a refund on a weekly basis (as I keep emailing) but have received nothing. Absolutely awful service 😢

Item ordered in April and did not arrive. I have had literally dozens of emails back and forth with customer service. Early June I was promised either a refund or to have the item "re-shipped" within 24 hours. It never happened. Now July, they keep telling me they are working to resolve the matter. This is a scam, stay away from them. You can't trust a word they say.

I would leave zero stars if it was possible. Send me melted and broken lipsticks, I contacted them immediately and the promised to refund...this was 8 weeks ago. I have since reminded them about the refund... and have 7 separate emails promising to refund me.... but still no refund. I do not reccomend this business at all.
